** I understand that life happens! I hope you understand that in my line of work time is money and missed appointments equate to a loss of income that I depend on to care for my family! I appreciate the understanding and wholeheartedly value each and every client!** ***NO CALL NO SHOW appointments WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the booked service and will have to put a deposit down on future appointments! NO EXCEPTIONS! ***Appointments that are cancelled BEFORE 24 hours of the time booked will not be charged. However, any canceled or moved appointments WITHIN 24 hours of the book service will be charged $50. ***If cancellations continue for more than two appointments then the client will be charged 50% of the service at the time of booking and applied to the balance when the service has been completed. ***Late arrivals maybe asked to be rescheduled if tardiness creates a scheduling conflict with the next client's appointment, and will be charged a $50 fee for moving the appointment. *** Refunds will not be issued on salon services. No Exceptions!*** Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 5 days of your service. ***If you are not satisfied with the work performed please return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. ***Adjustments are made available to you at no cost as long as you return within 7 days from your initial service.
